Prompt Response: I am often in a mood I don't like, and I have a few strategies to change it. The first one is eating, because when I'm usually in a bad mood when I'm hungry. I also can also take a nap to make my mood better, or go outside. The last strategy I use is going out with my friends, to take my mind off what is affecting my mood.
