Prompt: In 2–3 well-developed sentences, reflect on how you spent your Holiday Break. Then, identify four personal you would like to achieve this year and briefly explain why each goal is important to you (Copy and paste your completed response from Writable into your blog).

Prompt Response: Over the break I went first went to Hustville, Alabama with my mom and sister to visit my whole family. Then I left after Christmas to spend New Years at home with my friends, the rest of the time I relaxed and hung out with friends.

4 Goals

1. The first goal I want to achieve is making sure all my work is turned in on time. This goal is important to me because it will let me keep my grades up. To accomplish this goal, I will make sure I do all my work right when I get home instead of relaxing, I plan  to do this all year.

2. My second goal is to eat better and healthier. This goal is important to me because it would help me get in shape for sports, and it's good for my overall health. I plan to accomplish this goal by getting healthier things at the store, and paying attention to how much or how often I eat.By summer I hope to see a positive change for my health.

3. My third goal I want to achieve is saving up money. This goal is important to me because I need money to do a lot of things, and I want to save up for a new car. I plan to accomplish this goal by getting a job and putting money into my savings account and telling my mom not to give it to me even though I ask for it a lot. By September I plan to have enough money saved to pitch in for a new car.

4. My last goal I want to achieve is working out more. This goal is important to me because I need to get in shape for sports and help the recovery on my foot. I plan to accomplish this goal by running and getting a membership to a different gym I can go to with my friends. By spring break or summer I want to be in better shape.
