 Prompt Response: One truth that I was afraid to accept was my foot being broken. I was afraid to accept this because I was told that I would have to be in crutches for 6 weeks. This meant that I would have to go to football games, homecoming, and a concert in crutches. Another big reason I was afraid to accept it is because I wouldn't be able to play soccer this year, and miss half of a church basketball league

Summary: We took notes on how to write a argumentative essay, and about the different parts of it.

Reflection: I learned the specifics of what needs to be included in a argumentative essay.

It is also important to me because it is where I've gone for Christmas every year since I was a kid. Their house is very big and comfortable, which is another reason I like going there. Summary: We read a Navajo creation myth and answers discussion questions about it. Reflection: I learned about the core beliefs of the Navajo people, and how they belive life and the Earth were created.
