 Prompt response: One conversation that changed me, is when my parents told me they were getting a divorce. This conversation changed me because, I had no idea that they were thinking about it, and it was very out of the blue to me. This conversation also resulted in different housing situations, and a step mom. If I didn't have that conversation, I think I would be a completely different person then I am now.

Summary: We did an assignment about taking evidence from a source and explaining why it relates to a claim.

 Prompt response: My Grandparents house in Alabama is a meaningful place to me. It is meaningful to me because it is where I get to see all of my family at the same time. It is also important to me because it is where I've gone for Christmas every year since I was a kid. Their house is very big and comfortable, which is another reason I like going there. Summary: We read a Navajo creation myth and answers discussion questions about it. Reflection: I learned about the core beliefs of the Navajo people, and how they belive life and the Earth were created.
