Prompt: Write about something that you believed as a child.

 Prompt Response: One thing I believed as a child was leprechauns. One of the main reasons I believed them was because every Saint Patricks Day at my preschool they would leave a train of gold coins and footprints. I also believed this because I didn't think anyone could find the end of a rainbow.

Summary: We did an assignment where we had to find a picture to represent each of the 15 vocaubary words.

Reflection: I learned more about what the vocabulary words mean.

 Prompt response: My Grandparents house in Alabama is a meaningful place to me. It is meaningful to me because it is where I get to see all of my family at the same time. It is also important to me because it is where I've gone for Christmas every year since I was a kid. Their house is very big and comfortable, which is another reason I like going there. Summary: We read a Navajo creation myth and answers discussion questions about it. Reflection: I learned about the core beliefs of the Navajo people, and how they belive life and the Earth were created.
