 Prompt response: One conversation that changed me, is when my parents told me they were getting a divorce. This conversation changed me because, I had no idea that they were thinking about it, and it was very out of the blue to me.  Prompt Response: One truth that I was afraid to accept was my foot being broken. I was afraid to accept this because I was told that I would have to be in crutches for 6 weeks. This meant that I would have to go to football games, homecoming, and a concert in crutches. Another big reason I was afraid to accept it is because I wouldn't be able to play soccer this year, and miss half of a church basketball league Summary: We took notes on how to write a argumentative essay, and about the different parts of it. Reflection: I learned the specifics of what needs to be included in a argumentative essay.

Prompt: Write about the best gift you have received.

 Prompt response: The best gift I've ever received was my car. I think this is the best gift I've ever received because for one, it is a very big gift to receive. I think this shows how much my grandparents love me, because they gave me a car for free, and I think that is an important part of recieving a gift. This gift also means a lot to me because it is very practical, and I use it pretty much to get wherever I go. Reflection: We wrote an argumentative paragraph, about specific prompt we chose. Summary: I learned how to explain evidence better.
