 Prompt Response: The time change has affected my sleep, energy, and productivity. Loosing time made me feel more tired in the morning, and I didn't feel like I had as much energy. Not having a lot of energy made me less productive in school because I lost focus more because I was tired. I also felt like it took longer for me to fall asleep.

Summary: In class we read chapter 6 of the book.

Reflection: I learned about new marketing methods in my 2nd period.
