After reading “Out, Out—” by Robert Frost, reflect on a time when you faced a dangerous or high-pressure situation that demanded your complete focus. What made the situation risky, and how did your concentration affect the outcome?
Prompt Response: One time I faced a somewhat dangerous situation was when my mom made me clean the roof. This task demanded my complete focus, because along with blowing leaves off, I had to clean the gutter. This was risky because I had to get right next to the edge of my roof to clean them, and without my complete focus I might've fallen off. Summary: We read a poem by Robert Frost, and annotated it. Reflection: I learned about how some people have to immmediatly continue with there lives after loosing a loved one.
